BRITTANY McPIKE
Behavior Technician

Brittany is a Registered Behavior Technician. When her son was diagnosed with autism she left her career in finance, learned as much as she could about ABA and how to implement in her home, when services were unavailable to them. Her son began to speak and problem behaviors decreased. She had to know more and a career in ABA was on the horizon. Brittany is a retired military wife and mother of two boys. She loves being outdoors boating, fishing, hunting and coaching youth sports. She is an Alabama Crimson Tide fan, but also a fan of the SEC and is not ashamed to say “War Eagle” on special occasions. After many years and many moves, Brittany and her family are glad to be back in Gadsden

JESSE COLLIER
Behavior Technician

Jesse Collier is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). He has his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Jacksonville State University. While taking classes he heard about applied behavior analysis (ABA) and decided, after four semesters of behavioral analysis courses, that he would choose ABA as his career goal. He hopes to go back and get his Master’s degree and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst soon, because he knows the effectiveness of ABA therapy. He also loves spending time with his fiance, playing his guitar and attending church.

MAKENZI WHITE
Behavior Technician

Makenzi is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). She first learned about Applied Behavior Analysis when her younger brother was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder at Duke University. Her family was encouraged to implement ABA in the home since services were unavailable in their area at the time. Makenzi felt led to pursue a career in ABA because of her past experiences and hopes she can help to better the day to day lives of other children. During her free time, Makenzi enjoys being with family and friends, being outdoors and watching Alabama Football and Duke Basketball.
