KARA SCHELLER
M.S., BCBA , LBA Owner
 

Kara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) living Gadsden, Alabama.  She obtained a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Auburn University and a Master’s in Psychology with a  specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida State University.  She has over 9 years experience in a large variety of areas including the clinical setting, ABA based preschool, Autism research lab, in-home and in school consulting settings. She has also provided several trainings to medical and educational staff on the principles of behavior analysis and basics of Autism Spectrum Disorders. Kara enjoys working one on one with clients using the verbal behavior approach and teaching others about the world of behavior analysis.  She enjoys spending time with her husband Zach, watching Auburn football and playing with their dogs Della and Penny.

JORDAN FOSTER
M.S., BCBA, LBA Clinical Supervisor
 

Jordan obtained a Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Child Growth and Development and a Master’s in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis from Jacksonville State University. She has experience in providing therapy in a clinical setting, in-home, and in a school setting. Jordan feels blessed to have the opportunity to work in such an amazing field doing what she loves. When at home in Jacksonville she loves to spend time with her family and hang out with her fur babies.

BRITTANY McPIKE
Behavior Technician
 

Brittany is a Registered Behavior Technician. When her son was diagnosed with autism she left her career in finance, learned as much as she could about ABA and how to implement in her home, when services were unavailable to them. Her son began to speak and problem behaviors decreased. She had to know more and a career in ABA was on the horizon. Brittany is a retired military wife and mother of two boys. She loves being outdoors boating, fishing, hunting and coaching youth sports. She is an Alabama Crimson Tide fan, but also a fan of the SEC and is not ashamed to say “War Eagle” on special occasions. After many years and many moves, Brittany and her family are glad to be back in Gadsden

MAKENZI WHITE
Behavior Technician
 

Makenzi is a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT). She first learned about Applied Behavior Analysis when her younger brother was diagnosed with a rare genetic disorder at Duke University. Her family was encouraged to implement ABA in the home since services were unavailable in their area at the time. Makenzi felt led to pursue a career in ABA because of her past experiences and hopes she can help to better the day to day lives of other children. During her free time, Makenzi enjoys being with family and friends, being outdoors and watching Alabama Football and Duke Basketball.

GINA BOLIN
Behavior Technician
 

 

Gina is currently a Registered Behavioral Technician(RBT) and is just a few months away from obtaining a Graduate Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with a concentration in Autism from Ball State University. She has her undergraduate degree in Psychology from Jacksonville State University and has over 15 years, direct experience, working with individuals with Autism and other comorbid disorders. Gina has worked in an array of settings, including: school, clinic, home and residential facilities. She has worked with students ranging in age from 3 to 40 years old. She enjoys spending time with her husband, Barry, and son, Daniel. Gina, also, loves watching the University of Alabama play football. She has a cat named Gracie and a dog named Sport.

LEXI PIERCE
Behavior Technician
 

 

Lexi is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is currently in the process of obtaining her Bachelor’s in Psychology from Jacksonville State University. After taking several psychology courses focused in applied behavior analysis (ABA), including instructing a behavior analysis lab, she decided to pursue a position in the field of ABA. After she has completed her Bachelor’s degree from JSU, she hopes to go back and get her Master’s degree and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. In her free time, Lexi enjoys spending time with friends and family, playing the piano, and leading worship for the kids at her church.

JESSE COLLIER
Behavior Technician
 

Jesse Collier is a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). He has his Bachelor’s in Psychology from Jacksonville State University. While taking classes he heard about applied behavior analysis (ABA) and decided, after four semesters of behavioral analysis courses, that he would choose ABA as his career goal. He hopes to go back and get his Master’s degree and become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst soon, because he knows the effectiveness of ABA therapy. He also loves spending time with his fiance, playing his guitar and attending church.
